Meet the Rising Stars of the New Conservative Movement

Brash and unapologetic, the young bucks of the conservative movement bring a razor-sharp intellectual swagger never seen before from the formerly well-mannered right.

As the sun sets on old guard Republicans such as Newt Gingrich, conservatives can feel the overwhelming popularity of Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter and even Sean Hannity giving way to a new era of “Millennial Conservatives” who provoke thought across social media and riots on liberal college campuses.

They are the eye of a conservative maelstrom ushered in by Pres. Donald J. Trump’s redefining of the Republican Party. The once stuffy old brand that favored big business has shifted to a populist organization that puts the will of everyday Americans above those of Washington elites. That political and cultural shift has sparked young right-wingers to meet immovable liberal zealotry with overwhelming intellectual force.

These are the rising stars of the new conservative movement:

Tucker Carlson

The Fox News superstar represents a bridge between the Republican establishment and the young conservatives blowing up social media. At 49 years old, the conservative commentator hosts a Top 10 cable news show that engages in titillating debate.

Carlson frustrates liberals by narrowing the scope of issue-oriented discussions, rejecting the “talking points” of the left. He routinely vanquishes liberal guests based on facts while exposing the skewed reasoning of the far left. Friendly and polite, his format pulls up short of the willingness of the next generation of conservative icons to go hard. Tucker Carlson Tonight closely trails Sean Hannity in ratings, which sets him up as a conservative tweener.

Ben Shapiro

At 34 years old, Ben Shapiro routinely notes his age distance from today’s college students. Yet, college-age conservatives hold him up as the new standard of what conservatism means.

He spoke on 37 campuses between 2016 and 2017, much to the chagrin of liberal university administrators. He has been a darling of the College Republicans and Young America’s Foundation groups among others. Single events have topped 400 in attendance, and have been live-streamed to upwards of 130,000.

The right-wing thinker holds a law degree from Harvard University, and has an almost ubiquitous message that reaches across social and mainstream media. He works as editor-in-chief at the Daily Wire, posts the incredibly popular Ben Shapiro Show podcast and has published five books. He’s an engaging force that steamrolls specious liberal reasoning while peppering debate with LOL humor.

The millennial doesn’t bow, scrape or worship at the altar of mainstream conservatism. His monologues and post-lecture Q&As routinely call out GOP leaders such as Pres. Trump, Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan. Fiercely independent and conservative, Ben Shapiro leads the field of young stars.

Liz Wheeler

The host of One America News Network’s “Tipping Point,” Liz Wheeler has become a YouTube favorite. That’s because the 29-year-old’s show goes head-to-head with prime time conservatives at 9 pm.

She employs a largely scripted format that culls out under-reported news items and generally hosts guests with similar or interesting perspectives. Tipping Point puts a high emphasis on media bias and rides her charm, good looks and intelligence.

With a focus on seemingly little-known and sometimes quirky issues, Liz Wheeler has earned popularity as a social media conservative warrior. She’s a rising star that could move to a major network as Baby Boomers time out. Her stock is rising.

Dana Loesch

This 39-year-old political activist made a huge splash at the 2018 Conservative Political Action Conference with a ferocious pro-Second Amendment talk that challenged the media over their love of mass shooting ratings, and the need of everyday Americans to remain armed and ready to defend themselves. Her gripping, high-powered narrative handily captivated the pro-gun audience.

The Texan is a former Breitbart contributor, editor and host of Dana, a show that ran on TheBlaze TV from 2014-2017. The frequent guest on right and left-leaning networks such as Fox News, CNN, ABC and others, these days she hosts The DL on NRA TV. She authored works such as “Hands Off My Gun: Defeating the Plot to Disarm America” and “Flyover Nation: You Can’t Run a Country You’ve Never Been To.”

Her iconic “strong woman” profile continues to be plastered across social media in NRA ads, and her sharp intellect and shield-maiden bravado have earned her star conservative status. For all intents and purposes, Loesch is the face of the National Rifle Association.

Liberals fear Dana Loesch, as they should. She’s armed and dangerous to their victim ideology.

  1. What about

    WHAT ABOUT

Harris Falkner is bright, very informative, and can hold her own with the best. She is my favorite on Fox.

  2. As a lifelong conservative, from a ONCE very Conservative state(New Hampshire) I am very excited about all of these people! They all seem to say it like it is, not just towards the Liberals, but other Conservatives also. When you are wrong, then you are just wrong and that should be pointed out! But I have to say that they, you & I have an awful lot of work to do. Our country under the last two administrations has receded so far from our all the things that made our Country great, it’s going to take some time! I am very happy with what President Trump has been doing and just pray that he keeps it up!

  3. I love the face of the new Conservative movement. And contrary to a previous poster, Shapiro is a true conservative in the same vein as Limbaugh and Buckley. Liz Wheeler is the brightest of all of the rising Conservative movement….

  4. I am very pleased about the number and the quality of all of the emerging Conservative personalities and voices. They are truthful, smart, timely, and up to date on all the fantasies and foolishness of the left wing clowns. There is a remarkable difference between the foolishness and lies of the Left Wing crowd, and the consistent truth and dignity that comes with most of the Conservative players. I understand that many of them have strong radio and TV ratings.

  5. To see good people coming out and going to the top, not just for us but for our children to look up too. We need good people so we can recover what we have lost for a number of yrs. OUR self worth and show the world we are coming back in full force. To every one keep those thumbs up and foreward we go in achievement.
