A New Bill Clinton Accuser Comes Forward

With each passing day in the presidential election season, it seems a new scandal is revealed, and when it comes to former President Bill Clinton, practically no day is wasted, as recent events have shown.

Bill Clinton, who has already faced claims of sexual assault from the likes of Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey as well as admitting affairs with Gennifer Flowers and Monica Lewinsky, now faces a new claim of sexual misconduct from former television news reporter Leslie Millwee.

Millwee, who had previously written about the allegations in a 2011 book entitled “You Can’t Make This Stuff Up!,” had received scant attention from her story then, but it was not the main subject of the book, and it only appeared in a few paragraphs in one of the book’s chapters.

Millwee says Clinton first took notice of her when she was covering the issue of the 1980 Mariel Harbor Cuban refugee crisis (the inspiration for the 1980s movie “Scarface”), which caused many Cuban refugees to be housed in a military base in Arkansas while Bill Clinton was the governor there.

More than 1,000 refugees rioted at the base, and the State Police had to intervene. Millwee interviewed Clinton roughly 20 times in relation to the ongoing crisis, and Clinton visited the television station where Millwee worked, KLMN, several times. At the time of the incidents, Millwee was just 20 years old.

Millwee says that Clinton singled her out by making flirtatious comments such as “Hey pretty girl. How are you today?” Millwee says that Clinton at one point gave her half of a necktie he owned and said that she should keep it because one day he’d become president of the United States.

She also had a notebook that she had put her name on the back of and that Clinton wrote his name above hers, saying, “I just wanted to show you how good Clinton looks on top of Leslie.”

In the course of her work, Millwee would edit her news stories in the station’s small editing room, which was the size of a walk-in closet, according to Millwee. On three separate occasions, Clinton entered the room while Millwee was working and began to rub Millwee’s shoulders and ran his hands down toward her breasts.

The first time it happened, Millwee said, she asked Clinton to stop, but Clinton just laughed. The second and third times it happened, Millwee claimed that Clinton rubbed his genitals on her body until he was sexually satisfied.

Whether Clinton had dropped his pants was unknown; Millwee said, “He came in behind me. Started hunching me to the point that he had an orgasm. He’s trying to touch my breasts. And I’m just sitting there very stiffly, just waiting for him to leave me alone. And I’m asking him the whole time, ‘Please do not do this. Do not touch me. Do not hunch me. I do not want this… I could feel what he was doing from behind me. I do not know if he had taken, you know, private parts out. Or if he was doing it. I assumed he was doing it through material, but I could be wrong.”

Millwee claimed that the assaults each lasted “probably three to five minutes. And I am asking him the whole time to please stop… I was crying. The third time it happened it was just so overwhelming. I waited a few minutes. I came out. I went into the ladies’ room. I was crying and very upset. And we had a lady that had a local show there, and she actually came into the bathroom. An older lady. And she said, ‘Honey, what is wrong?’ And I said I just had a really bad experience, and I don’t really want to talk about it. But I’m very upset.”

Millwee said that each time she’d wanted to leave the editing room, but felt “trapped” by Clinton and that there was “nothing I could do to stop him once he started.”

After the third assault, Millwee says that Clinton showed up at the door of her apartment while her grandmother was staying there. “He knocked on the door for probably five, ten minutes,” Millwee said. “Knocking. Calling my name. Saying, ‘I know you are home. Please answer the door.’ I did not answer the door.”

After this happened, Millwee made the decision to quit working for the television station. Millwee subsequently saw Clinton at a State Fair, but the governor didn’t mention his visit.

As for why Millwee was reluctant to talk about the assaults for so long, she said:

“I almost came out during the Monica Lewinsky and Kathleen Willey situation. I watched that unfold a little bit. I was very prepared to go forward then and talk about it. And I watched the way the Clintons and Hillary slandered those women. Harassed them. Did unthinkable things to them. And I just did not want to be part of that. I had very small children at the time. I had a job in pharmaceuticals. It was a very conservative situation. I didn’t want to do anything to bring harm to my career. And my family. It was very scary watching all of that. And I’ve shared that with some of the other women that have been victims. I just didn’t want to go through that at the time. It was more about my kids than anything.”

Millwee says she told several friends about the events in 1998, shortly after the Monica Lewinsky story was reported in the press. In interviews, Millwee’s friends Fran Kaminsky, Angela Malaer and Ronald Scott backed up Millwee’s story, with Scott — a lawyer who holds negative views of Donald Trump — saying, “Leslie is one of the most frank, credible people I know. She is not manipulative about what she says concerning people or events she is involved in. She tells it like it is.”

Today, KLMN is now KFTA, a station affiliated with Fox News. The facilities where the incidents are alleged to have occurred no longer exist.

Millwee was able to provide copies of her resignation letter to KLMN as well as documents that showed that she was given permission to be on the Arkansas army base during the Cuban refugee crisis. It should be noted that like Millwee, Clinton mistress Gennifer Flowers was also a television news reporter.

All conservatives interested in this issue can find a complete interview of Millwee on Youtube by searching for her name along with that of Aaron Klein, her interviewer. Like Clinton’s past accusers, her story is credible, apocryphal and heartbreaking.
