War Against Communism Brewing In South China Sea

Mainstream media reports about China appear fixated on issues such as Hong Kong protests and human rights violations within the communist regime’s borders. But hostilities in the South China Sea are at a boiling point, and free people in the region could soon find themselves at war with the communists.

In 1950, the People’s Republic of China decided that Tibet did not have the right to remain free and independent. The communists invaded, annexing the country and displacing its spiritual leader — the Dalai Lama. Tibet officials had attempted to maintain a quasi-connected relationship with the communists, much like recently overrun Hong Kong.

While activists in Hong King recognize they are largely waging a symbolic battle for political freedom, Taiwan appears to be edging closer to armed conflict. A recent communist incursion has heightened that possible future into Nepal. According to the few reports coming out of the region, communist troops pushed back locals along the border and erected at least eight structures. China’s aggressive expansionism has been rolled out acre by acre into Nepal despite seeming good relations. By contrast, Taiwan has been increasingly determined to have world powers, and the U.N. recognize and help defend its independence. To that end, the U.S. and Taiwan recently brokered a $1.8 billion arms deal that has enraged the communist party.

“This includes a credible combat capability and asymmetric warfare capabilities to strengthen our determination to defend ourselves,” Taiwan Defence Minister Yen De-fa reportedly said. “This shows the importance attached by the United States to security in the Indo Pacific and Taiwan Strait. We will continue to consolidate our security partnership with the United States.”

The U.S State Department has reportedly green-lit 135 American-made precision land-attack missiles, as well as peripheral equipment and training necessary for Taiwan to defend itself against Chinese aggression. Congress was reportedly notified in mid-October and has only 30 days to object to the arms deal.

“The quality of the three programs notified today clearly reflects the urgency of continued Taiwan force modernization to counteract China’s hegemonic behavior,” US-Taiwan Business Council president Rupert Hammond-Chambers reportedly stated. “Each program adds an important deterrent capability that should further complicate any consideration by the Chinese Communist Party to threaten or to use force to coerce Taiwan into a political union.”

Until the U.S. and partners in the region such as Australia began more forcefully pushing back on China’s illicit trade practices and military aspirations, the unanswered question was whether strategic partners would come to Taiwan’s aid if the communists rolled tanks.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has taken a hardline on China after the communists lied about COVID and spies have been rooted out. His dim view of the communists has led to a series of policies to curb relations despite being a net exporter to the communists.

“We are an open-trading nation, mate, but I’m never going to trade our values in response to coercion from wherever it comes,” Morrison reportedly said.

China also has a long-standing territorial dispute in the South China Sea regarding ownership of the Spratly Islands. The Philippine government won an international lawsuit in 2016, but the communists refuse to recognize that they do not hold sway over the island chain. Possession would expand the communists’ territorial rights to encompass the vast majority of the South China Sea.

As the arms deal moves forward with Taiwan, the world may soon find out whether free people will come to their aid. It’s a red line in the sand that forces China to either assert its global takeover aspirations or back down from the U.S. and democracies in and around the South China Sea.

  1. If that dingbat Speaker of the House thinks it’ll hurt Trump to block this Arms Deal she crazier than I thought she was. Let Taiwan have the necessary arms to defend themselves from the Commies, and maybe, just maybe we won’t have to do it for them.

  2. Dingbat is a kind description of a self centered, egotistical nut case! She is a useless pile of excrement. If she tries to
block any military aid to Taiwan, Trump should bypass her and the house by executive order!!

  3. Forget it. Communism is the best thing that happened in China. Prior to its rise in power China was a feudal nation with the poor being oppressed.. Because of communism, China is one of the richest countries economically in the world.

    1. Well, Hoggendoffer you can go live there. They have interment camps for people that do not comply. There are no Freedoms. People are brainwashed.

    2. You got to mention they attained this by the use of Reeducation camps that are actually slave labor camps.
They put anybody that does not completely submitted to their flawed system of government which is still feudal they just have different people and names. Party members = Nobility. The poor are still oppressed see labor camps.

  4. So Hoggendoffer Geshintengangen, If China is so GREAT. My question to you, is do you live in China if not why? You don’t like concentration camps?

  5. Pelosi is waiting for Biden to win and step down for Harris to step up. How do you think they’ll handle China. God forbid

  6. If Harris ever became President she would kiss China’s butt like Biden ,
Obama and Clinton. And jobs would all go back to China . Heaven help us all !!

  7. MR. Haggendas,
You say that China is better off under communist rule, but Id be willing to bet that the people of china would beg to differ.
Their economy may be one of the top in the world, but the government gets all of that, and the people are forced to live like animals. At least under the old ways, people may have been poor, but the sweat of their brow was theirs, as was the fruit of their labor. There were no forced labor camps or sweat shops making nike shoes. Children were not forced to work 10 hour days for enough rice to eat for 1 day.
Communism is only beneficial to those in power.
Under the old rule, China wasnt out there trying to take over other countries and forcing them to comply with a totalitarian government.
Beyond that, China is the #1 manufacturer of viruses and diseases, not to mention pollution.
They pollute hundreds of times more than their neighbors. Gone unchecked, They will cause actual problems environmentally…… For everyone in the world.
I applaud any country for standing up to communism, and for their freedom.
If nasty and the gang decide to try to thwart Our President and his efforts to help Taiwan, Nepal, Tibet, and any other country who is fighting for their right to exist, she will expose herself and the rest of the scumbag left for the commies they are. I hope America is watching closely.

  8. WE ARE AT WAR WITH CHINA IT IS A COLD WAR BUT IT COULD ESCALATE TO A CONVENTIONAL WAR TO OTHER TYPES LIKE A BOMBS.

  9. In short: China is corrupt, brutally oppressive, expansionist, and a dangerous threat threat to the whole world.
