Presidential pardons are typically reserved for those who have been unfairly treated. With the exception of former National Security Advisor Michael Fynn, perhaps no one has been more wronged in recent memory than political strategies Roger Stone. It’s time that President Donald Trump intervenes in this Democrat-led witch hunt and give Roger Stone the pardon he deserves.
“This is a horrible and very unfair situation. The real crimes were on the other side, as nothing happens to them. Cannot allow this miscarriage of justice,” President Trump tweeted when Democrat prosecutors called for a 9-year prison sentence. “I’d love to see Roger exonerated and I’d love to see it happen because I personally think he was treated very unfairly. At some point, I’ll make a determination, but Roger Stone and everybody has to be treated fairly. And this has not been a fair process.”
The outlandish sentencing recommendation prompted U.S. Attorney General William Barr to review the case. Stone had no previous criminal record and sentencing guidelines should have prompted minimum time served or probation. But angry Democrats wanted their pound of flesh from the GOP operative. Reports surfaced that Democrat-appointed prosecutors hid their recommendation from Barr. Once he investigated the incident, an avalanche of injustice was revealed.
Obama-appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson allowed left-wing activists to infiltrate the jury pool. She consistently appeared to favor the Democrat holdover prosecutors as if steering the witch hunt to a guilty verdict. At a time when the country is harshly divided along party lines, the judge allowed Tomeka Hart, a Democrat who ran for Congress, to act as forewoman.
“She said Donald Trump didn’t interest her that much and felt that she could be fair considering justice for one of his aides,” Republican strategist and Stone friend Michael Caputo reportedly said. “We suspected that she was biased. When I heard that she was selected the foreman, I expected the worst.”
Adding insult to injury, Hart was later caught having posted anti-Trump and anti-Roger Stone tweets. Facts later emerged that she was just one of several left-wing activists with bias against Trump insiders on the jury. When Stone’s attorney’s petitioned for a new trial, the Obama judge refused. It was obvious beginning with the pre-dawn FBI raid leaked to fake news media outlet CNN that the case was rigged.
Now, the 67-year-old retiree faces a 3-year stint in a prison system rife with COVID-19 deaths. While Democrat-run states are letting violent felons out early due to virus vulnerabilities, the Obama judge refuses to put him under house arrest. Stone’s attorney recently filed an appeal with the White House requesting he be pardoned for the injustices he’s suffered.
“Roger was a victim of a corrupt and illegal Witch Hunt, one which will go down as the greatest political crime in history. He can sleep well at night,” Trump tweeted.
It’s time to pardon Roger Stone because he was unfairly treated, and his very life may depend on it.

A monstrous case of injustice to have even charged Roger Stone with a crime. From the leaked, over the top SWAT team raid to the biased Obama judge to the leftist, biased, Trump-hating jury foreman, it was all an outrageous miscarriage of justice so egregious that it demands a pardon. And it should, but won’t, lead to counter charges of prosecutorial misconduct. I gave to the Stone defense fund to fight this wrongful persecution.
Pardon Stone. Point out most of Stone’s accusers are guilty of lying. They are more guilty of wrong doing than any of the folks they are persecuting.

Mr. Stone should be pardoned and the FBI that went to his house at an ungodly time with some of the media there to witness and film such an unfair act should be prosecuted and do the same jail time that Roger Stone is predicted to spend. Where are the Republicans that should stand up for the U.S. and its Constitution. I am one of many that urge President Trump to pardon Roger Stone. What was done to him was a travesty of justice, but even more a political hate crime, done with our government agency weaponized by Barack Obama. What the judge did not declaring the trial wrong when the Jury leader turned out to be a hot democratic activist or terrorist.
