The closing weeks of November were marked by a slew of articles “debunking” the so-called “Great Reset” — a conspiracy theory alleging that top government officials including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau intentionally unleashed the COVID-19 pandemic upon the world in order to “reset” the economy.
Before we continue, we want to say that we have a long-standing policy here at Conservative Zone — conspiracies alleging international government cooperation typically give politicians too much credit. That said, there’s no mistaking the fact that heads of government like Trudeau have indeed called the pandemic an “opportunity” to remake economic policy in ways leftists tend to find more favorable. As you’ll see in the video linked below, the PM has several times used this exact phrasing to make this call.
Here’s another indisputable fact: progressives in the United States Congress have openly called for the same things. New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has blamed the pandemic’s challenges on the failures of capitalism, suggesting that this is the time to rebuild the system from the ground up.
It’s like they don’t even care that they get caught anymore. Because here’s the thing — they don’t.
So, is there an underground cabal of socialists working together to spread viruses everywhere? Again, this would attribute a certain work ethic that no socialist in the history of the world has ever demonstrated, so this is unlikely on that point alone. However — there is a concerted effort to use the pandemic to achieve political goals. That much is easy to affirm.

I’ve been seeing posts about the Great Reset at other political sites, such as Gateway Pundit. I found two articles about it. One at WorldNetDaily and the other at Townhall. The WND article talks about Klaus Schwab who is the CEO of the WEF (World Economic Forum). He describes it as the fourth industrial age. It will include a universal basic income, something that Mark Zuckerburg, FB founder.CEO has talked about. A system of social credit surveillance and control is also part of it. That what China has right now.
